Kevin Kroll, the founder of Kroll Homes, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, he possesses a Drone Pilots License and a Residential Contractor’s License. His deep-rooted interest in the real estate and construction industries stems from his familial ties to Kroll Realty, a three-generation real estate company. Kevin’s Scandinavian heritage also further propelled him to acquire deep expertise in design. He traveled through the Scandinavian countries with his wife, dedicated to advancing their education to integrate distinctive elements into South Florida residences. Scandinavian design’s popularity stems from its focus on simplicity, functionality, and a strong connection to nature, creating spaces that are both beautiful and practical. Kevin’s experience as a former college basketball athlete has instilled in him a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional communication with his esteemed clients.

Stephanie Kroll is a highly specialized professional with extensive experience in design, real estate, marketing, sales, and technology. She has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Florida International University and has 4 unique certifications. Stephanie is a Product Management Lead at Accenture with 6+ years of experience and clients with a net worth of over a trillion dollars. Accenture is a top global consulting firm that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations. Stephanie has also been a member of a professional creative film team. She has traveled the world, including Asia, Europe and South America to have an abroad education to bring a cohesive perspective to her work and clients. Stephanie even sat in classes with VPs from international governments. In addition, she is a REALTOR® under Kroll Realty Company. Stephanie is leveraging her profound experience and education to make a deep and positive impact with her clients’ real estate portfolios, from design to selling.
